Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sustainability Manager to join our growing team in Nasik. This role is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate with 0-2 years of experience who is passionate about driving sustainable practices within the FMCG sector. You will contribute to developing and implementing environmental and social initiatives, aligning with our corporate sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of sustainability strategies and action plans.
- Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices relevant to the FMCG industry in India.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for sustainability metrics (e.g., carbon footprint, waste management, water usage).
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing) to integrate sustainability into business processes.
- Support the implementation of environmental and social impact projects at the Nasik facility.
- Contribute to sustainability communications and employee engagement initiatives.
