Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Teaching Assistant with a Bachelor of Arts degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience to support our training and development initiatives within our Clinical Research division in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will assist in the delivery of training programs, manage learning resources, and provide administrative support to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development for our employees in the clinical research domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials, presentations, and workshops for clinical research personnel.
- Support the coordination and scheduling of training sessions, including logistics and participant communication.
- Maintain and update training records, databases, and learning management systems (LMS).
- Provide administrative support for training events, such as registration, material distribution, and feedback collection.
- Help in evaluating training effectiveness through surveys and feedback analysis.
- Research and gather information for training content development in areas relevant to clinical research operations.
- Support senior trainers and subject matter experts in their day-to-day activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines in all training-related activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate learning solutions.
