Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide a team of junior network support staff, providing training and performance feedback.

- Monitor network performance, identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.

- Implement and maintain network security protocols and procedures.

- Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of network upgrades and new installations.

- Manage network hardware and software inventory.

- Liaise with vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.

- Prepare regular reports on network status, performance, and security.

- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry best practices.
