We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Trainer to join our growing team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) who is passionate about translating complex technical information into engaging and effective training materials. You will be instrumental in developing and delivering training programs for our biotechnology products and processes, ensuring our teams have the knowledge and skills to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design training modules, presentations, and documentation for technical processes and product information, leveraging your M.Des background in visual communication and instructional design.

Assist in the delivery of training sessions to employees, ensuring clear and concise communication of technical concepts.

Create engaging visual aids, infographics, and multimedia content to enhance learning experiences.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of training materials.

Support the evaluation of training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical training and instructional design.
