Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Tool & Die Maker with 3-5 years of experience to join our operations in Kolkata. While the core of this role involves precision manufacturing and maintenance of tools and dies, we are specifically looking for candidates with an M.Pharma background who can leverage their understanding of pharmaceutical processes and quality standards to contribute to our research and analytics projects, particularly those with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical sector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision and efficiency of our specialized tooling used in data processing and analytical model development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, fabricate, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for specialized analytical equipment and data processing systems.

- Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to produce tools with exact specifications.

- Utilize precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, CMMs) to ensure accuracy and adherence to tight tolerances.

- Perform regular maintenance, repair, and calibration of all tooling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

- Collaborate with research and analytics teams to understand their specific tooling needs and provide solutions for process improvement.

- Apply knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes to select appropriate materials for tool construction.

- Ensure all tooling and fabrication processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly within the pharmaceutical context.

- Troubleshoot issues related to tooling performance and implement corrective actions.
