Job Description
We are seeking a driven and innovative individual to join our organization as Top Management - Other. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and 1-3 years of experience who is looking to contribute to strategic initiatives within a leading technology company. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive design thinking, innovation, and user-centric strategies across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of design strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to translate insights into actionable design recommendations.
- Contribute to the creation of design frameworks, guidelines, and best practices.
- Support the innovation pipeline by exploring emerging design trends and technologies.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on design initiatives and outcomes.
