We are seeking a motivated and analytical Town / Urban Planner to join our dynamic team in Surat. This role is ideal for a recent M.Pharma graduate looking to apply their research, analytical, and planning skills in a unique industrial context. You will contribute to the strategic development and planning initiatives within our textile and apparel operations, focusing on spatial organization, resource management, and community engagement related to our industrial presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of urban and regional development plans, with a focus on industrial zones and their impact on surrounding communities.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support planning decisions, utilizing methodologies learned during M.Pharma studies to assess environmental impact, resource allocation, and community needs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate planning proposals and findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with zoning laws, environmental regulations, and sustainable development practices.
- Support site selection, land use planning, and infrastructure development projects within the company's operational areas.
- Engage with community members to understand their concerns and incorporate feedback into planning processes.
- Stay updated on urban planning trends, policies, and best practices, applying a critical M.Pharma perspective to identify innovative solutions.
