Job Description
Role Summary: The TPA Executive will be responsible for managing and administering Third-Party Agreements and ensuring smooth operations related to procurement and vendor management within HAL's Defence & Aerospace operations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to support our ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage all incoming and outgoing third-party agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, legal, finance) to ensure timely execution and compliance of third-party contracts.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized record of all third-party agreements, including their terms, conditions, and expiry dates.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to third-party agreements, vendor performance, and compliance.
- Support the procurement team in vendor onboarding and due diligence processes for third-party service providers.
- Handle routine queries and correspondence from internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding agreements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all third-party contract management activities.
