You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and efficient transitions for new projects, services, or system changes, contributing to the overall operational excellence of MakeMyTrip.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of transition projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations) to understand project requirements and potential impacts.
- Develop and maintain transition documentation, including plans, checklists, and status reports.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with transitions, escalating issues as needed.
- Support the creation of user guides, training materials, and communication plans for stakeholders.
- Participate in post-transition reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making during transition phases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of transition processes and methodologies.
