Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transition Manager with a B.Des background to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and executing the smooth transition of projects, processes, and systems within our insurance operations. You will leverage your design thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end transition process for new initiatives, system upgrades, or process re-engineering projects.
- Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Business Units, and Design) to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Utilize B.Des principles to visualize and map out complex processes, identify potential pain points, and propose user-centric solutions.
- Conduct readiness assessments and ensure all stakeholders are adequately prepared for the transition.
- Manage post-transition activities, including monitoring performance, gathering feedback, and implementing continuous improvements.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports to senior management.
