We are seeking a proactive and organized Travel Desk Manager to oversee all travel arrangements for our dynamic events and entertainment operations. The ideal candidate will manage domestic and international travel logistics, ensuring seamless and cost-effective journeys for our artists, clients, and staff. This role requires excellent coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong understanding of travel management within the fast-paced events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of travel for employees, artists, and clients, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa arrangements.

Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure competitive rates and favorable terms.

Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors to ensure quality service and cost efficiency.

Create and manage travel budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports on travel expenditure and savings.

Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures, and relevant regulations.

Handle urgent travel requests and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

Maintain accurate travel records and databases, and assist with travel insurance claims.

Proactively identify opportunities for travel cost reduction and service improvement.
