Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Head with 3-5 years of experience, holding a BCA degree, to join our dynamic finance team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's liquidity, cash flow, and financial risk, ensuring optimal financial operations within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cash management operations, including monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash needs, and executing funding strategies.
- Manage banking relationships and optimize banking services to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models to predict short-term and long-term liquidity requirements.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency and interest rate exposures.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to treasury operations.
- Prepare regular reports on treasury activities, cash positions, and financial performance for senior management.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of treasury management systems and technologies.
- Support the finance department in strategic financial planning and investment activities.
