Join our team as UX Architect (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a talented and innovative UX Architect with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Surat. This role is crucial in shaping the user experience of our digital accounting and auditing platforms, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and meet the complex needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of analytical thinking, design sensibility, and a strong understanding of user behavior, potentially informed by a background in B.Pharma, enabling a distinct perspective on user-centric design within a regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to understand user needs and business requirements for accounting and auditing software.

Develop user personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design solutions.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business analysts to translate user needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing design specifications.

Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction.

Ensure designs comply with relevant industry regulations and data privacy standards.
