Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking UX Head to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our digital platforms and services within the Engineering & Construction domain. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a unique background, including an LLM degree, to apply analytical and strategic thinking to user-centered design principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive and impactful user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points within the construction and engineering context.
Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define UX requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Translate legal and regulatory requirements (leveraging your LLM background) into user-friendly interface designs and workflows.
Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
Participate in usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Stay updated with the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
