Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and user-centric UX Head to join our team at Pragyan Samajik Sanstha. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our digital platforms, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and effectively serve the needs of our beneficiaries and stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your skills for social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and analysis to understand the needs and behaviors of diverse user groups, including beneficiaries, volunteers, and donors.
Translate user insights into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for our website, mobile applications, and other digital touchpoints.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the accurate implementation of UX designs.
Develop and maintain user personas, user journey maps, and information architecture.
Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
Ensure all digital products are accessible and comply with relevant standards.
A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) degree is required, demonstrating analytical and research capabilities relevant to understanding user needs in a healthcare/social impact context. Familiarity with healthcare-related user journeys will be an advantage.
