You will leverage your design thinking and analytical skills to assess market potential, competitive landscapes, and financial viability of potential investments. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities in the analytics, KPO, and research sectors.
- Analyze business models, financial statements, and competitive positioning of target companies.
- Develop investment theses and present recommendations to the investment committee.
- Support portfolio companies with strategic guidance, leveraging design thinking principles to enhance product development and user experience.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and contribute to value creation initiatives.
- Network with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co-investors to identify deal flow.
- Assist in deal structuring, negotiation, and closing processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies within the venture capital and technology landscape.
