We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager with 2-4 years of experience to oversee and manage our warehouse operations in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe storage, handling, and dispatch of iron and steel products, contributing to the smooth functioning of our supply chain. This role requires a proactive approach to inventory management, team leadership, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, warehousing, and dispatch.

Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and supervision.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.

Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.

Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
