We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Webmaster to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree and 1-3 years of experience in website management. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our online presence, ensuring our digital platforms are functional, user-friendly, and aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the company website, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Implement and manage website content updates, including text, images, and multimedia, using a content management system (CMS).
- Monitor website traffic and user engagement using analytics tools, and generate regular reports on key metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to implement SEO strategies and improve search engine rankings.
- Ensure website accessibility and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance problems in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development and testing of new website features and functionalities.
- Maintain website security and perform regular backups.
- Stay updated with the latest webmaster trends, technologies, and best practices.
