Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Zonal Sales Manager (B2C) with 1-3 years of experience to drive sales and expand our market presence in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of design and consumer behavior, honed through an M.Des degree, to effectively promote our premium building material solutions to end-consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve B2C sales targets for tiles and related building materials.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the B2C segment, including individual homeowners, interior designers, and contractors.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities within the Vishakhapatnam zone.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Oversee and guide a team of sales representatives, ensuring their productivity and adherence to company standards.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, site visits, and customer engagement events to drive product awareness and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized B2C marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Provide insights on product design and features based on market feedback and consumer demands, leveraging M.Des expertise.
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support to build brand loyalty.
