Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Junior Account/Relationship Manager to join our team. This non-voice role involves managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and aesthetic sensibilities from a B.Des background to contribute to client success and company growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 0-2 years of experience to build a career in account management within the diverse miscellaneous sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, and challenges, translating them into actionable insights.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, product) to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Provide non-voice support through email, chat, and internal ticketing systems.
- Assist in developing creative solutions and strategies tailored to client needs, leveraging design principles.
- Track and analyze client interaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in client meetings (virtual or in-person) to present updates and gather feedback.
- Contribute to the development of client communication materials and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in account management and design.
