Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Junior Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role is ideal for an individual with a Diploma and 0-2 years of experience looking to kickstart their career in corporate education and training. You will be instrumental in identifying and engaging potential corporate clients, understanding their training needs, and presenting EduBridge Learning's solutions. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and expansion of our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential corporate clients and training partners in the assigned territory.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls, emails, and networking to schedule introductory meetings.
- Understand client requirements and challenges related to employee skill development and training.
- Present EduBridge Learning's training programs and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of training programs for acquired clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
