We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Activities Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate with 0-2 years of experience looking to kick-start their career in a dynamic corporate environment within the financial services sector. The Junior Activities Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and management of various internal and external company activities, ensuring smooth operations and positive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, workshops, and team-building activities.
Manage event logistics, including venue booking, vendor coordination, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
Develop and maintain event schedules, timelines, and budgets.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of activities.
Assist in creating promotional materials and communication for upcoming events.
Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Gather feedback post-event and contribute to reports on activity effectiveness.
Maintain organized records of all event-related documentation and expenses.
