Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administration & Staff member to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for an LLB graduate with 1-3 years of experience looking to contribute to the smooth functioning of administrative operations within the chemicals sector. You will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks, ensuring compliance, and assisting with legal and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily administrative operations, including record-keeping and filing.
- Support the legal and compliance department with documentation, contract reviews, and regulatory filings.
- Handle correspondence, both internal and external, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and procurement processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide support for HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the administration department.
