Junior Administration & Staff - Other role in Courier / Logistics

We are seeking a motivated Junior Administration & Staff - Other professional with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our team in Nagpur. This role will support various administrative functions within our fast-paced logistics environment, with a particular focus on ensuring compliance and efficient operations, potentially involving pharmaceutical logistics or related documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily administrative operations, including record-keeping, filing, and data entry.

Support the coordination of logistics processes, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.

Handle documentation related to shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards, especially for pharmaceutical goods.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues.

Utilize M.Pharma knowledge to contribute to the efficient and compliant handling of pharmaceutical-related logistics.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.

Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
