Junior Air Traffic Controller - Industrial Equipment / Machinery Sector

We are seeking a diligent and responsible Junior Air Traffic Controller to join our team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aerial assets within our operational vicinity, particularly those involved in the industrial equipment and machinery sector. You will be responsible for monitoring airspace, communicating with pilots, and maintaining accurate flight records, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills, without the mandatory requirement of a graduation degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor radar screens and other surveillance systems to track aircraft movements.
- Communicate with pilots via radio, providing clearances, advisories, and instructions.
- Coordinate with other air traffic control units and relevant authorities.
- Issue traffic advisories and safety information to aircraft.
- Maintain detailed logs of all air traffic movements and incidents.
- Respond to emergencies and unusual situations in a calm and effective manner.
- Ensure adherence to all national and international aviation regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of air traffic control procedures.
