Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Allergist / Immunologist with 3-5 years of experience to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of immunological principles and a keen interest in public health initiatives within the Indian healthcare landscape. While a medical background is typical for this field, we are open to candidates with a B.Com degree who demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, a passion for healthcare policy, and a commitment to improving allergy and immunology outcomes in India. This role will involve contributing to research coordination, program management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of research projects focused on allergic and immunological disorders prevalent in India.

Support the development and implementation of public health programs aimed at increasing awareness and access to allergy and immunology care.

Analyze healthcare data and contribute to reports on disease burden, treatment efficacy, and healthcare access in India.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between healthcare professionals, research institutions, and community stakeholders.

Contribute to grant writing and fundraising efforts for allergy and immunology initiatives.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in allergy and immunology research and public health policies relevant to India.
