Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily monitoring and management of ATM network performance.
- Support the implementation of new ATM functionalities and software upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware maintenance and cash replenishment.
- Help in troubleshooting and resolving ATM operational issues and customer queries.
- Participate in risk assessment and ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports on ATM performance, incidents, and operational metrics.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
