Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Junior Aviation & Aerospace - Other professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of aviation-themed events and live entertainment projects, leveraging their BBA/BBM degree and understanding of event logistics. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and management of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site support for aviation-focused events.
- Support the development of event proposals, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Conduct research on aviation industry trends, potential sponsors, and relevant stakeholders for event integration.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and successful event delivery.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for event concepts and entertainment programming.
- Manage event-related documentation, including contracts, permits, and post-event reports.
- Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting issues and ensuring participant satisfaction.
- Assist with post-event analysis and reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
