Junior Bilingual / Multilingual Support - Voice / Blended - Agriculture / Forestry / Fishing

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Junior Bilingual / Multilingual Support professional with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our team in Nasik. You will be instrumental in providing exceptional voice and blended support to our diverse stakeholders, including farmers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem resolution within the agriculture and forestry sectors. This role requires excellent language proficiency and a keen understanding of user experience principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support to users via voice calls, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our agricultural technology platforms and services.

Communicate effectively in multiple languages (specify required languages if known, e.g., Hindi, Marathi, English, and one other Indian regional language) with a diverse user base.

Translate and interpret technical information into easily understandable terms for non-technical users.

Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.

Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for product improvement.

Utilize your M.Des background to understand user needs, identify pain points, and contribute to improving the overall user experience of our agricultural solutions.

Assist in developing and updating support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring quality and efficiency in all support activities.
