We are seeking a motivated Junior Biotechnology Teacher with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on biotechnology principles, current trends, and potential impacts on the financial industry.
- Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, case studies, and interactive exercises, suitable for employees with varying levels of technical understanding.
- Assess learner progress through quizzes, assignments, and feedback sessions, and provide constructive guidance.
- Stay updated with advancements in biotechnology and identify relevant applications and risks for the banking sector.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of training delivery and participant attendance.
