We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior C & B Management professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in compensation and benefits within the fast-paced advertising and marketing industry, and who possess a strong ability to learn and adapt. You will gain hands-on experience in supporting C&B operations and contribute to maintaining a competitive and equitable compensation structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the collection, compilation, and analysis of salary and benefits data from market surveys.
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave policies.
Help in preparing reports and presentations related to compensation and benefits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to compensation and benefits.
Respond to basic employee queries regarding compensation and benefits.
Assist in ad-hoc C&B projects as assigned.
