Junior C & B Management - Facility Management Services Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Junior C & B Management professional to join our team in Nasik. This role is ideal for a recent M.Des graduate looking to kickstart their career in the facility management sector, focusing on compensation and benefits analysis and administration. You will support the C&B team in developing and implementing effective C&B strategies that align with our business objectives and attract/retain talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of compensation and benefits data.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Participate in salary benchmarking exercises and market surveys.
- Help in the preparation of compensation reports and presentations.
- Contribute to the design and communication of C&B policies and procedures.
- Provide support for payroll processing and related queries.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure C&B programs are effectively implemented.
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws and C&B trends in the Indian market.
