We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Casting Director to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual with a B.Tech/B.E. degree looking to kick-start a career in the vibrant Indian entertainment industry. You will assist in the talent acquisition process for our film, music, and entertainment projects, working closely with the senior casting team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and sourcing potential actors and performers for various roles across film, music videos, and digital content.
Maintain and update a database of actors, their profiles, and performance reels.
Schedule auditions and coordinate with actors and their representatives.
Attend production meetings to understand casting requirements and provide input.
Conduct preliminary research on talent based on project briefs.
Liaise with directors and producers to present suitable casting options.
Assist in managing casting logistics, including travel and accommodation for outstation talent.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging talent in the Indian market.
