Junior Casting Director - Textile & Apparel Sector (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Casting Director with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. This role is crucial for sourcing and managing talent for our textile and apparel campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and project requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a keen eye for talent within the fashion and modelling industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and scouting potential models, actors, and influencers for various textile and apparel shoots and campaigns.
- Maintain and update a database of talent, including profiles, portfolios, and contact information.
- Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to understand casting briefs and requirements.
- Schedule and organize auditions, callbacks, and portfolio reviews.
- Liaise with talent agencies and individual artists to negotiate rates and contracts.
- Manage talent logistics, including travel, accommodation, and on-set coordination.
- Ensure all casting activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on emerging talent and industry trends.
- Support the senior casting director in all aspects of the casting process.
