Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Category Management & Operations professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.A. degree who is eager to learn and contribute to the operational efficiency and category growth within our dynamic FinTech environment. You will support the category team in various operational tasks, data analysis, and vendor management, playing a key role in ensuring smooth category operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of assigned product categories, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Support category managers in data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help manage relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure alignment on category strategies and operational execution.
- Maintain accurate product information and operational documentation within internal systems.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and consumer behavior within specific categories.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the category management function.
