We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Catering Manager / Supervisor to join our growing team in Surat. This role is ideal for a recent MBA/PGDM graduate with 0-2 years of experience looking to kick-start their career in the dynamic education and training sector. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service for our students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
• Supervise catering staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas, complying with all relevant regulations.
• Monitor inventory of food supplies and ingredients, placing orders as needed and managing stock effectively to minimize waste.
• Manage catering budgets and control costs without compromising on quality.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues related to catering services promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate catering for special events and functions.
• Assist in training new catering staff and ensuring their performance meets company standards.
