We are seeking a vigilant and technically inclined Junior CCTV Operator to join our team at NTPC Limited, Thiruvananthapuram. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent BCA graduate looking to gain practical experience in a critical infrastructure environment. The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of our power plant operations. You will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment by actively observing and reporting any suspicious activities or security breaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor CCTV feeds from various cameras across the power plant premises.
Identify and report any unusual activities, security breaches, or safety hazards promptly.
Operate and maintain CCTV equipment, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly.
Maintain detailed logs of surveillance activities, incidents, and observations.
Respond to security alerts and assist security personnel as required.
Perform routine checks on camera views and record any malfunctions.
Assist in reviewing recorded footage for investigations when necessary.
Adhere to all company security policies and procedures.
