Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret financial regulations, laws, and compliance guidelines relevant to the FinTech and payments industry in India.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct preliminary research on legal requirements for new product launches and business initiatives.
- Support the legal and compliance team in drafting and reviewing contractual agreements and legal documentation.
- Monitor changes in regulatory landscapes and assess their impact on company operations.
