Junior Channel Partner / Client Relations - Clinical Research / Contract Research Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Channel Partner / Client Relations professional to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with a Diploma and 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in the dynamic clinical research sector. You will be responsible for supporting the development and management of relationships with channel partners and clients, ensuring smooth communication and fostering strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and onboarding potential channel partners within the pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystem.
- Support the Relationship Managers in maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare and present basic proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and partners.
- Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support business development strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of partner and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Understand and communicate the company's services and value proposition effectively.
- Provide administrative support for partnership agreements and client contracts.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
