Junior Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) (Vadodara)

This role is designed for a recent graduate with a B.Pharma degree and 1-2 years of experience, looking to build a career in compliance within the Business Process Management (BPM) industry. The Junior Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) will support the compliance team in ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies.

Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps.

Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on company operations.

Support in training employees on compliance procedures and best practices.

Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and documentation.

Investigate and report on any compliance-related incidents or concerns.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies as needed.
