Junior Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Events / Live Entertainment Sector

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support the financial operations of our hotel property, which actively engages in hosting and promoting events within the live entertainment sector. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional with 2-3 years of experience and a strong foundation in financial management, seeking to grow within a dynamic hospitality environment. You will work closely with senior management to ensure financial health and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, tracking performance against targets.
• Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide financial support for event planning and execution, including budget creation and profitability analysis.
