Junior Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role in Manufacturing & Production

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support our financial operations within the Manufacturing & Production sector. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience and a BCA degree, eager to gain hands-on experience in financial management and contribute to the strategic financial direction of our company. You will work closely with the senior finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and provide insights to management.

Help in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.

Contribute to the development and implementation of financial systems and controls.
