Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious Junior Chief Safety Officer (CSO) to join our team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience and a strong foundation in safety principles, looking to contribute to maintaining and enhancing the safety standards within our FMCG operations. The CSO will support the implementation and enforcement of safety policies and procedures across all facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
Promote a strong safety culture through training, awareness programs, and communication.
Maintain safety records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Support the development and delivery of safety training modules for employees.
Stay updated on relevant safety legislation and industry best practices.
