Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our growing Engineering & Construction firm based in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong foundational understanding of HR principles and a keen interest in contributing to the strategic direction of human capital within a fast-paced industry. You will support the senior HR leadership team in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
- Support talent acquisition initiatives, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
- Contribute to employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Help manage employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts.
- Support HR data management and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
