Junior Community Management - Electrical Equipment

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Community Manager with a legal background (LLB) to join our team in Vijayawada. This role will be instrumental in fostering a positive and engaging online community for Polycab India Limited, particularly focusing on building trust and managing discussions related to our electrical equipment products and initiatives. You will leverage your legal understanding to ensure community guidelines are adhered to and to address any sensitive issues with a nuanced perspective. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies across various online platforms (social media, forums, etc.).
- Monitor and actively participate in online conversations, responding to user queries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Moderate community discussions, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and terms of service, with a keen eye for legal compliance and risk mitigation.
- Identify and escalate community issues, potential crises, or legal concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
- Gather community insights and feedback to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer support improvements.
- Create and curate engaging content, including posts, articles, and discussions, that resonate with our target audience.
- Build relationships with key community members, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Analyze community metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track community health and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and consistent messaging.
