Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Corporate Affairs professional to join our team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for an individual with a Master's degree and 0-2 years of experience who is eager to learn and contribute to the smooth functioning of our corporate affairs department within the aviation sector. You will support the team in managing regulatory compliance, stakeholder communication, and corporate governance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and filing regulatory documents and disclosures with relevant authorities (e.g., Ministry of Civil Aviation, DGCA).
Support in organizing and documenting board meetings and shareholder communications.
Conduct research on aviation policies, regulations, and legal frameworks.
Help manage corporate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
Monitor media and industry news for relevant developments affecting the company.
Assist in drafting official communications, presentations, and reports.
Maintain databases and track important corporate deadlines.
Provide administrative support to the Corporate Affairs team as needed.
