Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Critical Care Physician with a BBA/BBM degree to join our team in Indore. This role focuses on managing and optimizing healthcare-related processes within our BPO operations, ensuring adherence to protocols and contributing to efficient patient care coordination. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between healthcare knowledge and business process management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of critical care protocols within the BPO framework.
- Monitor and analyze patient care data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Support the training of new staff on healthcare-specific BPO processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Handle escalated queries related to critical care services from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.
