Junior CSR Head - Manufacturing & Production (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior CSR Head with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, aligning them with our company's manufacturing and production objectives and contributing to sustainable development in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects focused on environmental sustainability, community development, and skill enhancement within the manufacturing sector.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify community needs and potential project areas relevant to our operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (NGOs, government bodies, community leaders) to ensure effective project delivery.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to CSR activities, impact assessment, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support in managing project budgets and ensuring timely and efficient utilization of resources.
- Stay updated on CSR best practices, relevant legislation, and emerging trends in the Indian context.
- Contribute to building and maintaining strong relationships with local communities and beneficiaries.
