Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Curriculum Designer with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Com background to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of training materials for our banking operations, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with industry best practices. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and developing comprehensive training curricula for banking products, services, and compliance modules.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and facilitator guides.
Review and update existing training content to reflect changes in policies, procedures, and regulations.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve the quality and effectiveness of training materials.
Maintain a repository of all training materials and ensure proper version control.
Support the implementation and delivery of training programs.
