Junior Customer Onboarding - Non Voice - Content Development / Language

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and creative Junior Customer Onboarding Specialist with a background in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team. In this non-voice role, you will be instrumental in guiding new clients through our content development and language services onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will leverage your design thinking and communication skills to understand client needs and translate them into actionable onboarding plans. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a Master's in Design and 2-3 years of experience in a related field, looking to build a career in client-facing roles within the language services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide new clients through the initial stages of service engagement, focusing on understanding their content requirements and project scope.
- Develop and document clear, concise onboarding materials and workflows tailored to diverse client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (project managers, linguists, designers) to ensure client expectations are met.
- Utilize design principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly onboarding guides and presentations.
- Proactively identify potential client challenges and propose design-led solutions to enhance their onboarding journey.
- Gather client feedback post-onboarding to identify areas for process improvement.
- Maintain accurate client records and onboarding status within the CRM system.
- Assist in the creation of case studies and success stories highlighting client onboarding experiences.
